Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using ouArch City Plumbing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Arch City Plumbing provides residential and commercial Plumbing services including but not limited to:

• Plumbing inspections and assessments
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Complete Plumbing replacement
• Storm damage restoration
• Gutter installation and repair

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Arch City Plumbing are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional work may be required once the project begins if hidden damage or structural issues are discovered. Any additional work will be communicated to you before proceeding, and separate authorization will be required.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations.

Service Agreement

Upon acceptance of an estimate:

• A written contract will be provided outlining scope of work, materials, timeline, and payment terms
• A deposit may be required to schedule work
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of work
• We reserve the right to file a mechanic’s lien for unpaid work

Warranties

Arch City Plumbing provides:

• Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind our installation work
• Manufacturer Warranties: Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified
• Extended Warranties: As a Licensed & Insured contractor, enhanced warranty options are available

Warranty terms and conditions vary by project. Specific warranty information will be provided in your service contract.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their property and Plumbing needs
• Ensure safe access to the work area
• Remove or secure personal property near the work area
• Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions
• Make timely payments as agreed

Weather and Scheduling

Plumbing work is weather-dependent. Arch City Plumbing reserves the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. We will communicate schedule changes promptly and work to accommodate your needs.

Limitation of Liability

Arch City Plumbing’s liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property not caused by our work
• Damage caused by acts of nature occurring after project completion
• Consequential or incidental damages

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Franklin County, Ohio.

Insurance

Arch City Plumbing maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
